A Quantum Leap Educational Services can provide your child with Free Title I SES Tutoring during the 2009-2010 school year.
Who is eligible for SES?
Title I, the cornerstone of the No Child Left Behind Act, is the nation’s largest federal education program.
SES is available in Title I schools that have not met Adequate Yearly Progress requirements under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).
To be eligible for this free tutoring service with A Quantum Leap, your child must meet the following requirements:
- Must attend a Title I SES-designated elementary or middle school in one of these counties: Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns or the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.
- Must be eligible for the free or reduced price lunch program
- Highly Qualified Tutors
- Personalized Student Learning Plan
- State and County Approved Curriculum
- 60 – 90 minute sessions, 2 days a week
- Safe, Structured Learning Environment
- Tutoring at the school or community site
- Tasty, nutritious snacks provided
- Locally owned – We take pride in being responsive to your needs.

How to Sign Up
Sign-up is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Obtain TITLE I SES tutoring application from your school district. Forms are mailed to every eligible child’s home. If you didn’t get one, please ask at your child’s school.
- Write in “A Quantum Leap” as your 1st choice on the application.
- Immediately turn in the enrollment form to your child’s school or the school district as instructed on the application
Spaces are limited in this Federal program so be sure to submit your application on time.
